Infacol is a good option, however be sure to burp your baby after each meal. And also if you eat lots of vegetables, and you are solely on breastfeeding, your baby can as well be affected by your diet. Noisy tummy would be the effect.

For his tommy that is making noise is normal. When u re bathing him put warm water in his anus and also massage his tummy with warm water
