Dear mum, Some children are prone to having dry skin. It could also be Atopic Dermatitis.

You could use hypoallergenic moisturizers, like aqueous cream or Sebamed based or pure Vaseline jelly often.

Also stay away from any products - soap, food etc that tend to worsen the rashes.

If no improvement, kindly see a Paediatrician or Dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
