You can eat bread my dear.doesnt have to be soaked in tea o.Just ensure you are well hydrated with whatever food you are eating. And it's normal for babies not to poo everyday.they can go several days without pooing.just ensure she is feeding well

Then don't stress yourself o... My baby use to stay up to 4,5 days but now she is okay. However ensure the baby is feed well.

Sweedy , its normal for your baby to skip some days without pooing, that's if she is on EBF

The reason I asked is because she has not pooed for some days now and I fear that if I should eat bread, the poo may not come out again and I really want her to poo.

U can eat bread n tea provided its well socked so that u poo won't be hard. There is no taboo in eating breading
