Most times in 3rd trimester, it is advised not to embark on a long journey. Most times even taking a flight is not advisable. So i guess the stress was too much for the baby. Also its advised that once your water breaks, you should get to the hospital because it could cause an infection to the baby. I hope i answered your question.
