Welcome @esther.first of all u should know dat different people experience different tyns during pregnancy it depends on ur body type. but changes such as weaknes, nausea nd vomitting morning sickness are common.. Now to ur weight it is adviceable to cut down minimally on carbohydrates and fatty food but prey more on veg fruits and water u will be fine
