the first step is by getting menstrual calender...if you can track for atleast 3months you will get it right above all pay attention to your body read up signs of ovulation in Google .and must abstain from sex until your ovulation day and after ovulation stops you stop sex too....that's how I was taught and it works perfectly above all thank God for the three you have and ask him for the boy he will grant you.
