I delivered my 1st baby last year through CS and my tummy refused to go down.all the fat accumulated on my tommy and was weighing me down.am pregnant

@Hannahfat, I know all bodes aren't dsame but I was really getting frustrated with the bloated tommy I decided to take in again so what I couldn't do after my 1st delivery I will do it after this one.my 1st baby is a year and 7months now and d year gap I was told is 2yrs.

@Onyeka11976, I tried exercising and my tommy was hurting so bad so I stuck with breastfeeding to help bring it down

See your doctor. Giving birth thru CS last year and getting pregnant again this year... Hmmmm. Not all bodies are they same. The doctor must have advised you before leaving the hospital on the year gap you leave, so a woman did it, does not mean you should follow suit. PLEASE SEE YOU DOCTOR, YOU MAY BE PLACED ON BED REST FOR A WHILE.. You can't walk without holding your tummy does not sound good..
