High prolactin do prevent pregnancy bc it bloks ovulation, tk d result to a gynea to prescribe suitable drug for u based on d number/result. Dia is no drug for sperm leakage bc it is not a problem... It is very normal, d Sperm is jst obeying law of gravity.A drop of healthy sperm is enough to fertilise a viable healthy egg... Datz if u r ovulating bc of d High prolactin. Pls c a gynea... D good news is very very curable ok.
