Morning mummies and doctors in the house, I had tears during my baby's delivery and doctor said I shouldn't use anything but the pain is becoming unbearable, please what can I use?

Hmm.....i had tears durin delivery too...unfortuantely,i listened to pple's advice by sittin on warm water,dettol,salt ...na so the stiches break down...i had to go for another suturing... i smell pepper oo. hope u were given Vit C and antibioti cs sha. Dont worry..it wil heal up
