Good afternoon mummies and doctors in the house, please my baby will be 6 months in 8 days time, but she can't still sit on her own, am tired of it, went to my sisters place yesterday we gave birth two days to each other, the baby is already standing and mine is yet to sit, please what can I do I think it's because she is very slim, please what could be wrong?

Afternoon everyone, I will be due tomorrow but the only symptom I get is plain mucus plug and lower abdominal pain, I went to the hospital on Monday and I was told am 4cm dilated already. Can i give birth without any contractions because I don't get any.
