So after yesterday's mishap, I'm trying to feel good with myself. I have to be optimistic about my challenge. Aches every where and I'm struggling not to cheat the baby from his nutritious diet. Please wish me luck. You are welcome to join me so we can encourage each other.

Oh no!! Its so sad that I stopped using my postnatal waist tightener and succumbed to my cravings for pastries. I have added more wait in my mid region. So I'm going to punish myself by doing my dance routine tonight. I hope it will cover up. I'm still aiming to have a nearly flat tummy by month end. Hmnn so help me God.. My target is still this o. My eyes are on you.

Pregnancy can be funny. And if you don't take time eh. It can have a negative effect on your marriage. Ranging from I don't want more kids so why did you get pregnant to are you sure this baby is mine? One funny issue came up in mine. I was itching and did a test. It showed I had staph and clamid something. So there was an awkward silence BTW me n hubby. Do u know after the baby came out, I did a test and it was gone? God help us o. Share yours...

This was my 3 time and I must say the pregnancy and delivery took a toll on me. I know its not going to be easy as before to get back to size 8. But to challenge myself, I'm going to upland it so you all can see my project. Hope this inspires you all.
