How long do u sit? Do u stand for a long time? Do u try to do any form of exercises like walking, taking d stairs and all dis should also help

It happened to me when I was exactly 20weeks,my doc gave me a medicine for it,I took it just once n i felt better ever since.. If u can't bear the pain talk to ur doc pls.
