What can I do am always hot in pregnancy and I was told it not safe for d baby

Is it hot or heat?if it is heat is normal that is what I use to feel during pregnancy and I use to take cold water and when I give birth to my baby he is healthy he is going to be 3yrs by June and this present one that is the same thing am facing am now 37weeks

Hot as in sweating? If it heat/sweating i dnt think it has anytin 2 do with ur baby safety, infact is even the pregnancy dats mking u sweat/ hot. becos me i sweat 2 d extend dt my pillow something get wet. Yet my baby is fine, she is 1wk+.
