Yes, that's what buscopan is used for. Abt the EDD from ur scan, its not reliable. The most reliable and accurate EDD is d one calculated from ur LMP. And thats what is usually used at d hospital except for those who aren't sure of their LMP, then EDD from first scan can be abducted. Ur doctor knows whats best for u. Wishing u a safe delivery.

Boscopan is used when you already have contractions I guess cos that's what they gave me when I was admitted to make the labour fast
