Just use disposable breast pad. Dont reduce anything u're taking

You can control it by minimising the volume of water u take but its like a punishment, the best thing is to clean up regularly.

Also look out for breast pad, and wash ur bra regularly, don't use one bra twice

Its normal dear,it shouldn't irritate you just try to clean up when necessary even if it means taking a bath.
