please what can i do to make my breastmilk flow well..my baby is 5weeks old but haven't been able to do exclusive as my breastmilk does not flow well

yea..thanks..i tried palm wine..production was good then but the palm wine was giving me migraine hence had to stop..mayb will try kunnu again..

Yes i concor with Cynthia palm wine enhances lactation more than any other things, but in absent of it use soared kunu or kunu agha(hausa). Though there is drug like metochlopramide but that should be your last option
