Pls am new here, I need help my cycle change from 28 to 22 days, how do I know my fertile days. Am confused.

Pls not normal it did not suppose to reduce to 22 rather 26-27 dat means u are going to short cycle.sometimes it cause by inhormonal balance .pls visit a doctor

Sometimes after giving birth ur cycle can change and later it will normalize.

Sometimes is normal, sometimes it can be caused by infection, so u can check for infection.
