Good day everyone, I have bn enjoying dis group since I joined. pls I'm 38wks 3 days, yesterday I had serious contractions I went to hospital they checked and said 3cm that the cervix is opening gradually. They admitted me so they can monitor me, at night the contractions seized, only for another nurse to come in the morning to tell me the cervix is jus soft and has not open yet.i had to leave the hospital dis morning to go home and rest well.pls wat can I do to make the contractions strong and steady now?
