Mummies and Dr in the house I greet you all! My 3years daughter vomited very early dis morning before going to school. She is not having any fever and she came back now from school and started vomiting again. She don't have fever and she is playing around! Am really confused! I don't kW if it is worm? She have just vomited twice ,in the morning and this afternoon. Pls mothers what do you think?
