I will advice u dnt take anything so as nt to hurt ur baby. I eqally passed tru d same. I guess its ova secretion of saliva due to homonal changes during d cause of pregnancy and dose excesses must b let out too. Just get a clean container or use disposable padded material. After ur delievey it will stop. Gud luck
