Pls house what formula can I give my 3months, 3weeks baby. We just finished Nan1, but she will soon be 4minths. So I feel I shd change cos am about to start work after my maternity leave. I put the formula in her pap. Pls advice

Hi everyone, pls my baby is 7weeks and her weight is 4.7kg. she is not big ,even children that are younger are bigger than her. She poos up to 4times a day on d average. Am concerned or worried cos I see other people children and it gets to me. When to d hospital and d doc said she is OK after running full blood count. What do I do. I want my baby to put on weight
