@omolara21103, Yes it is. Deworm her now. Don't forget to give her some fruits and if possible some yoghurt to help her replenish her good bacteria after her antibiotics treatment.

@omolara21103, Go to a good pharmacy for the multivitamins, I am bad with brands. Kindly deworm today. Use Albendazole for her. A good pharmacy will help. Deworm her before the giving her multivitamins.
