Pls stop giving your baby water.. he is still too young for that.. only breastfeeding is okay for now. . But he will be fine

Your baby is okay. They can stay up to 3-4dsys without stooling so to add weight and grow. Don't worry. And stop giving water just breastmilk is ok because 75% of the breast milk is water
