Good morning mums and docs ,please o help me out.. What can I use to treat rashes on my baby's back,it has something like small pores inside and it's expanding everyday though it started 2days ago, pls help

Ozy. I don't condemn all dese products but if u don't allow air around ur baby, none of dese ll work. Dnt over cover ur baby pls.
