Just make sure you raise you feet higher than your chest level. Dr said its normal and avoid sitting for too long. (Avoid zee world!!! You'll sit for hours without knowing..lol)
1 don't sit or stand for a long time 2 don't wear any cloth that is too tight because it will not allow blood to circulate around ur body 3 while sitting remember to raise ur leg somewhere 4 while sleeping use pillow to raise ur leg. Am 32 weeks now that is what i have been doing and it works for me and can browse it in Google
