Pregnancy Week 20
Week 20's Image
Your baby is the size of a mango. Boy or girl? You can find out this week through a routine ultrasound!

Baby Development

Your baby weighs about 10 ounces and six and a half inches in heights. Want to know if you baby is a boy or a girl? This is your chance to find out when you visit your licensed practitioner this week which will help determined your baby gender via the second trimester ultrasound, scheduled for between 18 and 22 weeks. If you're carrying a girl fetus, her uterus is fully formed this week and her vaginal canal is starting its development. If your fetus is a boy, his testicles have begun their descent this week, though they're still located in the abdomen.
