Am having same experience dear am 7weeks gone it occurs mostly whenever I attend to some errands or house chores, my Doc gave me some medication & emphasised more on bed rest He said that's the best remedy. Rest, rest & rest.

Limit ur stress ur baby is fine... Its called spotting... I experienced it at 5 weeks too nd am 32 week gone now.... Since u are not bleeding u are fine just use ur medications well.... Nd avoid self medications
