That is true, especially if the baby is less than 6 months and you need to bend your back so that they can reach your nipples. Had similar experience. Try nursing pillow so that you don't have to bend your back.

Always rest your back when breastfeeding. Suppprt yourself with pillows too.

Mayb its d way u sit while breastfeeding ur baby, sit well relaxed on a balanced comfy chair, not bending ur back. And u can apply shea butter on ur back.

Change your seating position. Always rest ur back while breastfeeding.

Did you take epidural during delivery, it could be the side effect or the way you breastfeed, the could be pressure on your back while breastfeeding. Just stretch your back and change your position, with time it will go.
