I had a daughter of 2 years and 3 months She has a cough, she can’t sleep at the middle of the night and her temperature also rise
Please what medication will be the best and effective for her?

You can deep towel in cold water and use it to rub her. But if this has been happening for days/weeks. pls,see a doctor or lab to do a test
