He may have what we call gastroesophageal reflux...just a jargon that says food return from the stomach to the oesophagus after feed instead of staying down. For such babies, you need to keep them upright for up to 30 minutes or more after each feed...so it stays down.....You can keep them in the car seat put in upright position if you are too tired or busy to carry them that long...others can help too.....sometimes that may not work and .... if it not allowing baby to gain weight....please see your paediatricians for further management at that point
At 20 weeks, scans are more likely to be accurate by then. At that time, you’ll get an ultrasound, and the technician should be able to tell the baby’s gender but not that it's only about 90 - 95 per cent accuracy. The biggest reason for the error is that it’s simply too early for the technician or doctor to see the gender clearly. So you may want to wait a bit to rule out doubts
The rule is that you bath your child according to the weather. You may choose to start anytime. By the way, it is not compulsory to bath the baby several times a day ... Once should be fine really... You can just use a Face towel to mop or use wipes in the afternoon or evening if just to make the baby cool
