Yes you an give your child and orange a day. Peeled and juiced orange is always better than packed “100%” juice.
You can try Aptamil , Nan, Nutribom ,Baby Grubz or August Secrets
Tiger juice. Mixture of soyabeans, dates,crayfish, groundnut(optional). These produce enough breast milk.
