Hello ma'am, It's Normal. If too much or always coming out even after bath and cleaning it up or gumming the eyes together then take to the hospital for evaluation by the doctor.
There are many causes of cross eyes in children from nothing to brain problem or issues with the muscles controlling the eyeballs to issues with the eyes itself. Best thing to do is to see an eye doctor... Ophthalmologist once you noticed the cross eyes immediately. If the eyes doctor didn't deserve anything wrong, you will be referred to a brain doctor.

Kindly take the baby to see a Paediatrician or Opthalmologist who will do an eye swab and culture the specific bacteria and based on that the most appropriate antibiotics for treatment will be chosen based on the culture and sensitivity report .
Most eyes discharges are due to viral infection. Please let your baby be examined by a paediatric opthalmologist for proper evaluation.
Both eyes should be open very well see a doctor to rule out issues

He may be having allergic conjunctivitis. He may also be allergic to something in the environment like dusts, pollen grains, fumes, soap, very cold or dry weather etc. Try washing his hands after playing or touching things around his surroundings. Please see an optometrist for proper evaluation
