If he passes stools regularly, has a good appetite and is not vomiting or complaining of any abdominal symptoms (pain, discomfort..) ,there may be nothing to worry about .

No need to worry if she's not complaining of pain or showing any signs of pain. The stomach will likely go down as she grows. And be sure not to over fed her too.

Tying tummy is not an option for someone who had CS. Besides, tummy tying wont make u loose excess tummy fat. Eating healthy and doing tummy exercises will perform d magic. So give ursef time as u cant do any tummy exercises for now due to d fact dat u had CS done. Wait till ur baby is year, so there wont be strain on d scar. Focus on eating healthy for now, breastfeed ur baby exclusively cos it helps shed some baby fat and do some mild exercises when ur baby is 3-4 months old. All d best!
