If u are not an ulcer patient, use tab ibuprofen 200mg twice daily for 2 days, then pack ur breasts with a peel of cabbage leave on each breast, then wear a very firm bra.

You're possibly not breastfeeding right. Make your baby isn't feeding on the tip on your nipple. Make sure all the nipple is directed into his/her mouth and touching the areola (The dark spot around the nipple) such that the milk flows directly into his/her mouth.
I used Palmer's cocoa butter formula. It's a nursing butter and it's very good.
