Yes, he can take the regular family milk.
He can also take any of the follow up toddler milk if you wish... There are many different brands in the market

There are nutrients added to infant formula that are very important for brain growth, protection against infections etc that make the age appropriate formula as close to breast milk as possible. These essential nutrients are not present in the adult or regular cow milk

You can use the regular family milk from age 1, though there are also other toddler follow up milk

To clean your baby's teeth, use water and a soft-bristled toothbrush (baby tooth brush or form). After age 3, parents should supervise brushing. Use every small amount of toothpaste (milk teeth) and make sure children do not swallow the toothpaste itself.
