Flagyl is a form of antibiotics which is meant to be used only on prescription by a Doctor. There is nothing like Jedi Jedi in medicine so please stop all self-medication.
Who prescribed the drugs you gave? Hope it's not self-medication? For the stooling, mix ORS and be giving him and watch. If the stool becomes too frequent, bloody or any fever, please take him to the hospital. And if he is also not tolerating the ORS, take him to hospital

Having frequent loose watery stools is a symptoms of Diarrhoea . It occurs when the fluid cannot be absorbed from the contents of an individuals bowel or when extra fluid is secreted into the bowel causing watery stool. Usually it could be a symptom of bowel infection called Gastroenteritis which can be caused by some harmful micro organisms that may result from food poisoning I.e drinking contaminated water or eating contaminated food.
