Its possible especially if u are still breastfeeding ur baby. But if u are not, go and see a gynaecologist, it maybe due to high prolactin level which refuses to go down after u weaned ur baby.

It could be implantation bleeding or a sign of threatened miscarriage. U should go for another scan to make sure all is all and see ur doc. If its threatened miscarriage, u will need to take enough rest, take ur prenatal vitamins, eat healthy and drink enough water, atleast 2.5 - 3 litres a day. All d best!
It depends, generally. It may take up to a year before you have a period again especially you're Exclusive breastfeeding round the clock but If you baby is formula-fed, you may start your periods again any time between five weeks and three months after giving birth.

Yes, some women ovulate without menstruating and besides ovulation comes before menstruating so this could be ur first ovulation that will preced ur menses and that's why we advice women do family planning after 6 weeks of delivery cos Lactational Amenorrhea as a method of family planning doesn't work for everyone and for some it stops working for them after their baby starts taking additional meal apart from breastmilk. So if u are not ready to get pregnant now, protect ursef. All d best!
Yes, it's very possible but the best way to find out to go for a pregnancy test. Thay was, you can be 100% sure.
