Is it true that there is no much nutrient in pap?
Pap can be made from different grains, maize, sorghum e.t.c. And each grain has different nutritional content of its own. Grains contain mainly carbohydrate.

Guinea corn is very high in nutrients containing protein, fibre, calcium, phosphorous, iron, potassium. to retain the nutrients, do not oven dry.

Furthermore, always endeavour to fortify the pap with age appropriate milk to increase nutrient content for your baby.
Please any method of processing a nutritious pap for a child of 6 months old?
For pap processing; You can either use corn, millet or guinea corn. Do not combine when introducing newly so as to be sure your baby doesn't react to any, you can combine later after allergy have been ruled out. Though it's not advisable nutrition wise to combine since they are all carbohydrates and from the same class of food.
You can also prepare soya bean powder separately to go with the pap

It is not advisable to use glucose in children's pap, an age appropriate formula should be used.

Also as regards to sugar , YES YOU CAN BUT NOT RECOMMENDED. THE LESS WHITE SUGAR THE BABY DOES THE BETTER. JUST USE APPROPRIATE INFANT FORMULA TO SWEETEN THE PAP

All aforementioned are healthy foods but it is better to introduce these one at a time not mixing everything together at once so as to be able to watch out for allergic reaction.

When introducing complementary feeding you need to be patient and do it
gradually. Don't expect the baby to be finishing full bowls immediately
you start.. It is progressive and you have to be patient and persistent.
Don't be in a hurry to give up.
Keep at it... Don't force feed... Just feed more frequently. Try
varieties but not more than ONE new food per week.
