Nyasha, if I get this question right, you want to know what the symptoms of pregnancy are and specifically if whitish discharge is part of the symptoms.
There are lots of signs and symptoms associated with pregnancy and these varies with individuals.
The common and general ones are nausea and vomiting, breast tenderness, increased frequency of urination, fatigue, food cravings and aversions , heartburn, bloatedness et al.
Among the symptoms is the vaginal discharge which could range from white to milky and slightly yellowish in color. They are as a result of the pregnancy hormones circulating your body.
If uou don't feel comfortable with it (there's actually nothing you can do ?) you can regularly wash up and or use a light sanitary pad to help absorb the discharges.
Be fine, I wish you a safe pregnancy and delivery.

Ma'am,
Lipton tea contains caffeine. It is usually advised that you limit the amount of caffeine to less than 200mg a day. About 2 mugs a day is okay. Their is a small risk of miscarriage and low birth weight with excessive caffeine intake.

After confirmation of your pregnancy, your doctor will make arrangements for your antenatal care. Most women have their first and longest antenatal check-up between weeks 8 and 12 of pregnancy. The earlier you start attending antenatal check-ups the better. You should then attend antenatal check-ups once a month until 28 weeks, then twice a month until you are 36 weeks pregnant. During the last 4 weeks of your pregnancy, you should go every week. Where you receive antenatal care may depend on your personal situation, they are usually carried out at your doctor's surgery but can also be at your local hospital, health centre, young person centre or even from home.

How far have you gone? In early pregnancy, you might get some harmless light bleeding, called "spotting". This is when the developing embryo plants itself in the wall of your womb.
Vaginal bleeding or spotting during the first trimester of pregnancy is relatively common. Some amount of light bleeding or spotting during pregnancy occurs in about 20% of pregnancies, and most of these women go on to have a healthy pregnancy.
Just curious, are you pregnant?

No there's no evidence you will reduce baby weight with Lipton. Yes, you can add Lipton to your tea. But you have to be very careful you don't abuse it. Lipton contains caffeine. Even though most caffeinated teas are considered safe to drink during pregnancy, as long as they do not cause a woman's total daily caffeine intake to exceed 300 mg. Women who are particularly sensitive to caffeine may benefit from aiming for a maximum of 100 mg of caffeine per day. I will strongly advise you to avoid too much of it
