Dear sis, for how long do you still want to continue to breast feed her, shes 1year 6months. If u can drop her with ur mum or mother inlaw for 5days max so this period she will be taking milo and milk, this will enable her get enough sleep and also forget about breast, then for you, just get a pain relief drugs for this period.

Hope there is nothing biting him on the mattress of the bed, just check and if there is nothing, it may just be one of those things. Habits that will pass with time, perhaps the floor is cooler too so make sure the room is cool enough as well, and when he is deep in sleep, transfer him to bed
