It is not unusual for babies stomach to make noise, it depends on the kind of noise. It could just be passage of gas in the stomach. If the noise is not associated with vomiting or any kind of pains, then there's nothing to worry about. See a paediatrician if the noise is accompanied with any sign of pain or discomfort .

It's possible the baby is still experiencing colic. It usually starts a few weeks after birth and reduces by 4 - 5 months. It is characterized by grimacing/frowning, excessive gas, difficult to comfort, high pitched piercing sound. See a doctor if in doubt

Please note that there are many causes of chronic abdominal pain in children ranging from mild to serious causes. The commonest cause is constipation. Others are many ranging from peptic ulcer disease to food allergies e.t.c.
So you need to see a paediatrician for an appropriate evaluation
