My 7 month baby's stomach is making serious noise. Noise that you could hear very well and I don't know why. What should I do please?

It is not unusual for babies stomach to make noise, it depends on the kind of noise. It could just be passage of gas in the stomach. If the noise is not associated with vomiting or any kind of pains, then there's nothing to worry about. See a paediatrician if the noise is accompanied with any sign of pain or discomfort .
