it depends, how old is your pregnancy? I bit will advise you to wait a little bit if the pregnancy isn't up to 30 weeks yet.
At 20 weeks, scans are more likely to be accurate by then. At that time, you’ll get an ultrasound, and the technician should be able to tell the baby’s gender but not that it's only about 90 - 95 per cent accuracy. The biggest reason for the error is that it’s simply too early for the technician or doctor to see the gender clearly. So you may want to wait a bit to rule out doubts

1) For Vomiting/Nausea, it's very typical in the first trimester but it reduces other time. Try to avoid food with too many seasonings and Vegetable oil. Try biscuits or tom-tom after meals. Food with fibres also helps. For discharge, does it smell, if it does, or it's getting too worrisome? You need to see a doctor asap
You don't need to go empty stomach just make sure you take water.
