3kg is OK. Don't think they will tear u bcos my friend d gave birth to 3.2 and it was her ist baby and they didn't tear her... Mine was 3.5kg dey didn't tear me too but I pushed b4 tym bcos I couldn't bear and I got a little tear... To induce labour just dance and roll ur waist and walk. Dats wht I did and my baby came DAT nite
