It is thrush just use Sault n warm water to clean it will go my 4 weeks baby too is avin it

teething at 48days? That's less than 2months. I doubt its teething. If d whitish stuff is on the tongue and inside d cheeks, its very likely to be a thrush infection. Try to clean first with small face towel and warm water. if it doesn't go off, see a Paediatrician as soon as possible.
