For the headache then take alot of fruit, vegetables, water and dont stress urself. Headache is common thing in early stage of pregnancy.

For the catarrh use otrivin. Nose drop. Is what my doctor prescribe for me when I was 19 weeks plus. But u can see ur doctor and asked him about the drug to avoid self medication.

As for the headache, please take enough water and fruits. In fact, ur favourite should be more of fruits, vegetables, & water. The Lord is ur strength.

Take paracetamol 2 tab twice daily n once d ache subside u can stop it. But u need to see ur Dr so u can be treated for malaria
