You can add mentholator in hot water and steam your baby up with it.. then use hot water and a small towel to massage and heat up your baby's body..then you squeeze out the water from the towel and place it over your baby's head.. this will help warm up your baby cus cold enters babies from their head and feet..

@sandra, drop breast milk in the nostril, it will help clear the catarrh
