hi everyone can someone tell me pls is it normal or not when I was 19 weeks my baby kicked alot but now that I'm 23weeks less kicks just slightly feeling baby move is it a bad thing

Hi everyone Is it fine to lay on my back still I'm 5months 20weeks and I read smthing that said if I lay at night on my back can cause that the blood don't flow right for the baby and causes dizziness is this true
