make sure baby's mouth covers the areola. for the pain, just rub a little breast milk on the nipples. All d best.

sit with your back erect. raise your baby to your breast. you can support with a pillow if your arm hurts.

Pls look fr lactation videos online n watch how to make your baby latch properly. If your baby doesnt latch correctly, your nipple will hurt.

Extract ur breast milk when full at all time, make sure ur baby is well fed , use ice water to massage the breast
