Am a nursing mother and my breast usually pains me pls how do I stop this

If its your nipple that pains you then maybe your baby is not sucking well,his/her mouth should be on your breast and not your nipple but if its your breasts that is paining you,then it will stop soon

The pain is because of the milk stored in the breast. The more your baby suckles, the pains reduces
